Each breast has a flat back, but their lovingly crafted soft and supple feel allows them to blend to your chest. It comes with a nipple, which can be covered with a silicone nipple cover should you wish. It's a great style for mastectomy or lumpectomy use, especially if wanting to balance out your shape.
