Terms and Conditions
- You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
- All orders cancelled before posting will receive a full refund.
- Customers returning an item will receive a full refund for the product as detailed in these terms.
- Each product supplied that is purchased, will be clearly detailed on the relevant shop page
- All prices and extras for product options, are shown with each product.
- Additional upgrades such as packaging boxes will not be refunded if they arrive back damaged. It is the buyer's responsibility to package these well and return them in a re-saleable condition. Silicone Sally LTD reserves the right to use discretion on this and will provide photographic evidence if a refund is denied due to damage.
- All payment is required immediately.
It is the buyer's responsibility to give the correct postal address. Items cannot be replaced or refunded if you have not provided a full and correct address, unless they are returned by the shipping carrier in a re-saleable condition.
- All products have a limited warranty. They can be damaged easily by reckless handling and the warranty is therefore for faulty goods only.
- Faulty goods will be fully refunded or replaced.
- Standard second-class delivery is free to the customer. Optional upgrades on delivery are displayed during the checkout. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.
- Silicone Sally LTD will deliver the item to you by means of the relevant postal service for your selected postage choice. It retains the right to change the carrier or service if required. UPS and DPD services will not be substituted without agreement with the buyer.
- Large items will require a signature for delivery and this is accepted by you as safe delivery to your home and the completion of our postal obligations to you.
- Smaller items will not require a signature. If they fail to arrive within 10 working days, please notify me so I can rectify the issue. This is due to standard Royal Mail delivery policy https://www.royalmail.com/retail-compensation-policy-loss. If you need another pair posted before then due to an event, just get in touch and we can work it through.
- If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to my contact address at your own cost (unless I delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have canceled the contract.
- I reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
- The return of items is the responsibility of the buyer, which includes all costs. The choice of the postal service used remains the with buyer. The buyer is liable for the product until it arrives back the designated returns address, in the agreed as new condition.
- All returns must be received back to the returns address within 30 days after the sale.
- It is the buyer's responsibly to ensure the product reaches us safely. Any product sent back to our returns address but not received, will not be refunded. Silicone Sally LTD can assist with a claim from your chosen carrier by providing an invoice, but it's is the buyer's responsibility to make this claim.
- All product returns must arrive back in a perfect condition and must not smell of smoke. The packaging can be damaged and this will not affect your refund rights.
- All refunds will be processed in 3 working days.
- Optional upgrades on postage taken during the checkout are not refundable.
- Items can be returned by using the returns form, or by posting to the return address on the "Contact Me" page including your name, email address and reason for return in clear writing. To obtain the returns form, please email [email protected].
- The return costs are to be paid by the buyer, unless the item is accepted by us to be faulty.
- No responsibility is taken by us for returns that arrive back to our address without any information to help us identify you as the buyer.
- All checkout options on this site are compliant with UK online financial safety.
- All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (link). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
- These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
